Currently all Unisearch locations are operational and providing not only corporate and UCC services but are also accepting service of process and state notices on behalf of our registered agent clients.
A majority of our employees are working from home and are fully operational. We are keeping on top of state and county limitations/closures and will notify you if we are unable to process an order because of a restriction in a particular jurisdiction or if we are anticipating any delays. A list of limitations and closures are kept up to date on our website at www.unisearch.com. Employees that are not working from home, are physically on site to handle service process, mail and FedEx/UPS.
