WA State will be implementing a new fee schedule, eff 8/1/10:

 Profit and LLC renewals $69, LLP renewals $60, LP annual reports $60, Expedite service $50, RA or office statement of change will now be free.  Fees for charities have also been increased. You are welcome to call the WA office for a complete list of new fees.
