OH Franklin Co Recorder is now enforcing UCC guidelines.

Franklin Co. Recorder is now enforcing the document standardization guidelines for UCC filings.  If guidelines are not met, there is an add't $20 fee.  It is not yet clear how many counties are enforcing this standard.
