UCC eZFile is an online system that has been designed to automate much of the preparation of UCC filing. Built-in editing tools give you the ability to create filings quickly and easily. Continuations and other filings can be completed and submitted to Unisearch for filing with just a few clicks of the mouse. Filings are transmitted via email with a confirmation generated upon receipt. You can insert up to 7 attachments electronically with your filing.

Fees: $5 per submitted filing -- This is in addition to Unisearch's filing service fee.

Features:

Built-in Address Books:
Every time you enter a name and address for a Debtor and/or Secured Party, a permanent file is established for future use. This same feature provides for a Collateral List that is established automatically and is used in the same manner.
Filing Management:
You can manage your filings your way. The History Grid allows you to sort in a way that enables you to take a quick look at all your filings and manage them to suit your needs.
Reports:
You can generate a report to show filings that need to be continued. You can also print your address book and create reports by Debtor or Secured Party.
